1. Location

South Shore Church is located at 1892 Hwy 654 W, Callander.

If you're coming from Hwy 11 take the Lake Nosbonsing Rd/ Hwy 654W  exit, you'll see the Petro-Can station on your right as you head along Hwy654.  Continue west on Hwy654  for 10km, we're just past Tillicum Bay Rd on the right hand side.

If you're coming from west of the church we're approximately 3kms east past Sunset Cove Rd (Young's store) on the left hand side.

2. Parking

We have ample parking both in the front of the church as well as around the back.  There are also several handicapped parking spots available. Then make your way to the main entrance (Side door with car port).

3. The Service (Sundays at 11:00am)

Live Stream on YouTube South Shore Church Callander
The service is generally 1 hour and 15 minutes long.   Within the service we have a time of singing (a mixture of contemporary music and hymns),  an opportunity for people to share something encouraging about what God is doing in their life or to make a request for prayer and a relevant and challenging message from the Bible prepared for us by our pastor.

4. Children

We love children at South Shore and we try to make them feel comfortable and welcome. Children from kindergarten to grade 4 have an opportunity to leave the service after the worship set for Jr. Church. All our volunteers that work with children have been thoroughly screened and trained. We follow all Covid-19 precautions to ensure a safe and clean environment for everyone.

We also have a nursery available for pre-school age children throughout the service.  Young children must be signed in and out.  The nursery is upstairs off of the foyer, and you will see it when you enter the main doors.

5. What To Wear

When you come to South Shore Church you will notice people come in a variety of different clothing styles.  Come dressed in whatever you feel most comfortable.
